As a self-pay, non insured patient, you are entitled to a special rates on your services today.
By accepting care from us, you agree to pay in full for your visits as outlined below.

In-House Labs

“In-House Labs” refer to lab testing performed with results in the office, for example, a rapid strep or a urinalysis.

Medications

Some medications administered during your office visit will be charged separately.  Please confirm with our staff during your visit if you are receiving injections or IV’s

Labs

Labs collected and sent out for results will be billed by the lab as a separate charge.

Outside Entity

Medicine, equipment, or supplies prescribed by our staff and filled at an outside entity are not covered in your visit costs with us today.

Insurance

We accept all major insurances. If your insurance is not on our list of accepted insurance plans, this could mean that we are an “out of network provider”. You will pay us first, then submit claims through your insurance company. If you don’t have insurance coverage or from an different country, we have an affordable self-pay pricing schedule – very comparable to “in network provider pricing list”, which is typically about 1/3 of the ER costs.
